Alkaline neutralizes acid. Drinking alkaline water helps our body dissolve acid wastes and make it easier for the body to dispose of them safely. Since the accumulation of acid wastes is aging, the reduction of acid wastes is reverse aging. Alkaline water is not a medicine to cure any disease. However, if consumed regularly, alkaline water gradually reduces the accumulated acid wastes. As a result of acid reduction, there are many reports of natural health improvement in Japan. One American cancer center showed significant improvements in their cancer therapy by getting 1,000 patients to drink 7 glasses of alkaline water a day. Their research concluded that the alkaline minerals in natural, alkaline water with a pH 7.5 helped to neutralize acidosis and thus helped to prevent cancer. Water, the origin of Life, contains 2 parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. Alkaline water is water that contains a larger amount of oxygen as compared to hydrogen. By drinking alkaline water, we increase our intake of oxygen compared to drinking plain water. The advantage of drinking alkaline water is that while being absorbed by the body, it helps neutralize acidic wastes, making them more soluble in the blood vessels. Harry and Cheri Testimonials Using Alkaline Ionized Water
(Note: Harry and Cheri are good friends who introduced us to the Alkalizer)
Cheri has been suffering for years from acidic disease states such as autoimmune disease, fibromyalgia, cataracts, osteoporosis, fatigue, arthritis ,depression , anxiety, chronic infections, low growth hormone levels, leaky gut, gluten intolerance etc. She was unable to garden, dance, clean house, entertain ,walk or drive long distances, lift or carry anything heavy and went down to 90 lbs.
She had gone to many alternative and conventional practitioners and felt in the fall of 2007 that she had lost all hope to get well. Depression and anxiety set in fueled by hopelessness and pain. She got on antidepressants as a last resort to hopefully help her cope, help with pain and sleep. It helped a little bit — she knew it wasn't the permanent answer.
In the winter of 2008 she went and saw Dr, Gambee, a famous holistic M.D. He put her on a protocol — one of which was to become less acidic. Being acidic can account for most of her symptoms. Osteoporosis, for example, our blood has to always stay at a ph of 7.3(approx) and if you are acidic it will pull the alkaline minerals (calcium) from your bones and organs to keep the ph of your blood constant. Ph papers can help you monitor your urine and saliva to determine your bodies ph.
She tried the various things he suggested for ph — but they bothered her stomach and there was no way she could have 80% of her diet be vegetable and fruits (alkaline) as her appetite was reduced and she needed more protein. She was feeling a little better with the other things he suggested though.
Around this time she started researching alkaline water ionizers — had read all the studies and research and testimonials.( see our web site) It seemed so appropriate for her and she picked out the one she would buy — Jupiter Aquarius — but money was an issue after having spent so much already on health care.
She saw Dr. Gambee for a follow up — He explored why she is not releasing growth hormone from her pituitary and he concluded after testing that she has neurotoxins in her brain ( heavy metals, chemicals, etc.) He wanted her to detox with far infrared sauna, chlorells, and cilantro.
She couldn't afford the sauna, and did remember reading about how the Ionizers help remove the chemicals and neurotoxins from the body. She did the chlorella and cilantro — but didn't feel any different.
In April 2008 Harry put on a Water workshop here on the farm — and one of the different technologies presented was the Athena Alkaline Water Ionizer by Ionways. Cheri already knew the technology after all her research. Tap water can contain impurities, including inorganic poisons and pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi ( which regular water filters don't remove). Magnetic resonance imaging reveals that most tap water is organized into microclusters of about 12 water molecules each. In alkalinized water, the microclusters are reduced in size to only six molecules per cluster. This enhances the permeability, solubility, and absorption of the water, thereby boosting its detoxification effects. Nutrients, including water-soluble vitamins such as vitamins B and C, will be absorbed more fully. Drinking more water can boost detoxification. It takes 32 glasses of pH 10 alkaline water to neutralize one glass of pH 2.5 cola.
A quality water ionizer takes in regular tap water which has both acid and alkaline minerals in it and has a typical pH value of 7. The system then releases water with a pH value of 9 or higher with all the alkaline minerals from the original tap water. At the same time it releases acidic water with a pH value of 5 or lower with all the acid minerals in the original tap water.
Since this alkaline water has twice as many alkaline minerals as the original water but NO acid minerals, it is more than twice as potent as the original water.
